Our Services

  • Chef Ona Lee offers private cooking, at the time and place of your choosing based on our schedule availability. Menus are custom written based on your desires and what is currently in season. Accommodating guests from 1 to 100+, larger events are assessed on a case by case basis. Cleaning the spaces we use is included in cost.

    Rates start at $55 an hour, or a flat rate per the scope of event will be determined in a custom quote. plus food & staff cost, flat $150 kit/travel fee, and any necessary equipment or dining rentals.

  • In this class we will learn how to make the perfect dinner rolls, the dough can be used to make many different items like loaves, cinnamon rolls, stuffed buns, burger buns and more. Pie crust and rough puff pastry for sweet or savory applications, and the perfect simple yellow cake. You will keep each item you bake, we use all local flours and butter, and all supplies are provided. Chef Ona Lee is a trained baker and can substitute items listed for ones you are specifically interested in. You may choose to host in your home or Ona Lee can host.

    $150 per person in class, up to 8 people per class, plus $50 kit/travel fee.

  • Meat cookery class covers how to build the perfect braise using beef or pork, how to brine and roast the perfect chicken, and how to sear and baste the perfect steak. You will keep a portion of each item made in class, we use local pasture raised meats and ingredients, and all supplies are provided. Ona Lee has trained in protein cookery at the Michelin Starred Spotted Pig, Speedy Romeos BK, Allumette LA, and Sitka and Spruce SEA. If you are curious about substituting an item, please contact us, we are happy to build a custom class. You may choose to host or Ona Lee can host.

    $175 each for 1-4 students, $150 each for 5-8 students. Plus $50 kit/travel fee.

  • Ona Lee takes you through the steps by the Ball Canning Book to learn how to safely can and preserve your foods at home. Based on what is in season, one of our most popular classes to date. Do not fear saving foods from your garden, and have plenty of your spring and summer bounty to eat in the long grey winters. All supplies are provided, you keep what you can in class. You may choose to host in your home or Ona Lee can host.

    $150 per student, up to 8 students per class. Plus $50 kit/travel fee.

  • Foundational vegetable cookery

    In this class, Chef Ona Lee teaches you how to break down, store, and properly prepare a wide range of vegetables based on your interests and what is in season. This class can be offered vegetarian, vegan, or gluten free. Please let us know your preferences when booking. All supplies and produce are provided and sourced locally. You will keep what is prepared in class, and can choose between hosting or Ona Lee hosting.

    $150 per student, up to 8 students. Plus $50 kit/travel fee.

  • Chef Ona Lee has nearly 20 years professional cooking, farming, and food preservation experience to offer in a wide range of classes. If you are curious about learning a skill you do not see listed already, reach out and we can create a course for you.

Please note: Our service quotes apply to Rio Arriba, Taos, and Santa Fe Counties in New Mexico. We are also available for services throughout the U.S.; however, travel fees will apply based on mileage.
